Service 01
AI SaaS product development
End to end: discovery, architecture, build, deploy, run. Multi-tenant from the first commit. LLM integration designed around the compliance question rather than bolted on afterwards — including de-identifying sensitive data before it ever reaches a model. Billing, roles, admin tooling, audit trails. Both platforms in our portfolio were built this way.
Service 02
AI for regulated and sensitive data
The specialism. If your data cannot simply be posted to a model — personal information, client financials, health records, privileged material — the architecture has to answer that before anything else.
We build de-identification pipelines with fail-safe leak checks, keep identifiers inside your own boundary, and document the controls so a compliance review has something concrete to assess.

AWS architecture and delivery
The infrastructure under the products: containerised services on ECS Fargate, managed Postgres, infrastructure defined in CDK, CI to ECR, CloudFront-fronted front ends, Cognito authentication, encryption with managed keys, and data residency in the region your regulator expects.

Financial advice technology & XPLAN
A specialist practice. Twenty-five years in Australian financial services, more than fifteen of them designing XPLAN solutions for practices and licensees — templates, XMerge, migrations, workflow and integrations.

A short paid engagement to establish what you are actually building, what the constraints are, and what it will take. You get a written architecture and plan whether or not you continue with us.
Fixed-scope build phases
Work is broken into phases with defined outcomes rather than an open-ended retainer. Each phase ends with something deployed and usable.
Run and support
Ongoing operation, monitoring and iteration — or a documented handover to your team. Your choice, decided before we start.
You own everything
The code, the infrastructure definitions, and the documentation. No lock-in, no proprietary layer you have to keep paying for.
